"Be the change you want to see"
This legendary aphorism by Mahatma Gandhi has led me into the deep confines of my mind.
People nowadays spend half of their talking time cursing others- whether it be the Government, the maid or the grim reaper. They have a problem with what these guys do, and what they don't. A rock is blocking the traffic on the road, and lo! It's the MCD's fault. Half the house isn't swept, and blame goes to the maid. They expect others to solve THEIR problem. My question- "WHAT DIFFERENCE WILL IT MAKE IF THEY JUST DO THE WORK ON THEIR OWN?" Time would be saved. Problems can be solved. You can sweep on your own, why wait for another person? That's our human nature, and we need to change it, our attitude.
For a moment, think, what would happen if the work which is expected to be done by others is carried out by us, if we have e problem with it?
